Call for a Quote. Clear, consistent, and friendly communication is our mission. Expect a reply within 24 hours of contacting Jack’s Construction. Even if your project falls outside of our speciality, we always call back to recommend next steps and offer referrals. When you do choose Jack’s Construction for your remodel, we jump straight into action. Unlike other contractors, we only have a two to four week lead time. Plus, we charge fixed prices for labor. There are no hidden fees and our customers always know what they’re paying for.

Consultation and Measurement. Now that the parameters of the job are set, it’s time to assess the project in person. Within a week of initial contact, Jack’s Construction will come to your home for an in-depth consultation. We look at a variety of factors – use, condition, exposure, aesthetic, and the homeowner's future plans – to pick a door solution that’s functional, cost-efficient, stylish, and long-lasting.

Ordering Local. Jack’s Construction sources all doors from Frank Lumber Co. The Door Store – a trusted Seattle institution, specializing in doors for over three decades. For trim and other wood needs, we work with Dunn Lumber, a five-star, local building supplier in operation since 1907. We don’t do upcharges or price inflation on any materials – the customer pays only what’s on the sticker price. By working with Jack’s Construction, you’re supporting honest, hard-working local businesses, not big box chain stores.

Delivery and Swift Installation. Your door delivery is on us! We always strive to complete delivery and installation in the same day. No need to store materials at your home unless the job absolutely necessitates it. Once on premises, Jack O’Neil and his personally vetted subcontractors move quickly and efficiently. What other crews take a week to do, the specialists at Jack’s Construction get done in a day.

Eco-Friendly Cleanup. Jack’s Construction is proud to run a green business. We remove 100% of the debris left on the job site and meticulously sort and assess the materials to maximize reuse and recycling. Anything that can’t be recycled is properly disposed of.​
